GINA -OK - I met with Sue and her husband yesterday, lovely people. They are wanting to wait until they find a suitable property to buy first. I do not have anything I can show them. However another important element that came to light in our discussions, they have advised they are in no hurry as it appears they may need to stay in this property for quite some time yet, due to capital gains implications.
Therefore I advised them we shall keep in touch and see how they go from their end and should things progress and should they be in a position to go ahead, I shall certainly let you know.
