31/5 owner: Not settled yet. Kapil was in contact but Tarun nover contacted.

26/10/22 client has not heard back from the agents, Kapil was in initial contact with him but not Tarun contract price was 331k
Tarun has been trying to ctc him a few times prob with this Estate they are having services issues connecting waste services
10/10 Kapil in touch with him sent him an authority to sell had spoken to a builder who was interested but pulled out says the client has opened his email and is looking at it .
7/10 AS2 to agents for update
15/9 Kapil from Barry plant did called and I am talking to him about my land. But I had no contact from Tarun.
