06/06/18: Vendor advised took property off the market as no interest. Will continue to rent property and then look at selling in 12 months.
26/04/18: Vendor advised still listed property with agent Mal. May look to take it off the market but wants to give it a little more time.
26/03/18: Spoke to Mal Lucas who advised going to be a slow market due to body corp fees attached to this one which is keeping people away. Also property is on a busy street.
