They have both been in contact with me. We have had a meeting and appraisal with Simon from Buxton. My Brother and I noticed that Jellis Craig did not appear on your search even though they seem to have the most of the market share of properties in the area, so we decided to meet with them and also submit an appraisal. I do have a question that you may be able to help me with. Do you have any information on what a floating commission of between 1.0% - 1.5%, when it comes to real estate is?
