8/10/22Hi Vicky thank you for your call.

Scott Hunter was very good. He came out and appraised the property and the following week gave his assessment. However we are not in a position to sell at the moment as there is a stage in the subdivision that has to be passed through council which would not be the case if we did the development ourselves which now maybe the only choice we have. So thank you for your help and much appreciated time. 


7/10/22   A timing thing, this will take a while a few steps to get thru to council in process of registering the 3 acres as a separate entity will keep in touch wont be an update for a while. SCOTT
