Hi Natalie Just to keep you in the loop I spoke to Jan, she is just getting prices and not quite ready yet.
SARAH - I managed to catch up with Jane today, she is waiting to hear from her renters on their plans moving forward and then she will decided whether they will keep it self-managed or bring it through a real estate agent.
She said she should know in a few weeks on how she will proceed.
