14/05/19: Bruce (vendor) emailed, "No thanks house is off the market"
25/10/18: The seller has decided to move back into it...
06/07/18: Spoke to agent Jessica, ex wife is making it difficult for access to the property does not allow possible buyers to come in and is finding it difficult she is keeping in touch with Bruce and he may need to get the courts involved to evict her
29/06/17: AGent Robin advised, finally got hold of vendor who said the marriage break up has turned nasty and also legal so he said there is no chance of selling at the moment.
19/06/17: Bruce emailed, "There has been a delay in the selection of real estate agents for the sale of sale of both properties due to unforeseen circumstances once this problem is sorted out by the layers I will make a decision"
10/05/17: Agent Patrick declined the referral
09/05/17: Agent Joe advised he's retired, can't help
