17/8/23####Michael Stone:  Good afternoon, The owner and I have been working on getting the property ready, there some considerable expense contributed to the property. we had agreed to the sign paper work on Monday 14th of August 2023. Unfortunately i received a call explaining that family matters had changed and where they were moving too became a problem. So the purpose of selling no longer existed. He is not listing with another agent !Just not selling anymore .########

21/3 Michael:  Still waiting to see if he can finance a site that he wants to build on without selling the townhouse. Only spoke 2 weeks ago .

Michael Schlegel:  James is still working to a plan of doing something this year, there were a couple of things that need to happen for everything to align.
