21/09/2023 - Marcus: confirmed under offer, trying to wiggle saying they were looking for him (not true - no mention of him or any contact attempt) - reconfirmed our conversation and notes from 11/2022 that they did not mention his name, and his previous director had swiped his lead and they tried then to sell through Ray White, unsuccessfully. Then engaged us.

14/11/2022 - Marcus:  Has agreed to honour, spoke with Marcus, was passing on the client's previous attempt to contact him, that's why he left previous agency, the boss took over his enquiries, "apparently" they had wanted him originally before they went to market in April with Ray White (unsold). Agreed to honour the referral fee as I pointed out there was no mention of him, nor his agency (or previous agency) -  just the enquiry to put forward best 3,after their previous agent had not sold, also confirmed our email response to contact that the client was happy with initial contact including their names, stats and agents supplied.
