2/11/22 Spoke to vendor over the phone 2 weeks ago, advised him on marketing plan of going to auction. Completed a site visit and the tenant's present is very poor which would impact sales price. Not willing to ask the tenants to vacate, or style the property for auction, doesn't seem a likely prospect of working together
5/10- Have previously spoken to the vendor 1-2 weeks ago about the property and the selling process. However he is still waiting for the tenants to vacate and seems to be high in price. Tried reaching out last week and this week, no response.
