01/03/2023 - Gina: the landlord had to get some concrete work undertaken under strata before his flooring could be laid, so we have a delay of 6 to 8 weeks till ready to go.I have followed up with him a number of times, and we are communicating, I will let you know once we get going again!

3/11/2022 - Gina: We are still in touch with Scott, he is likely going to have the property ready for rental at the end of the month, waiting on some flooring he has ordered to arrive from suppliers and be installed.

6/10/2022 - Gina: Scott is doing some work on his unit and then will decide his options, I will keep in touch with him! Thanks Gina

19/09/2022 - Gina: I have made contact with the prospective landlord, and will attend next Monday for an appraisal.
