All agents declining, Benny Holder tore up the contract - Vendor is unreasonable, won't pay basic advertising and wants more than it's worth - Failed it

21/04/2022 - UD to Ben re advertising costs.

Agents know property - very overpriced, they will not list

28/11/22 SELLER: wont sell less than $1050mill and she said the land does not have sewerage connections but she does not think its a big deal, does not want to pay upfront advertising she says she was never asked to before.   vf

Hi MarkBen cancelled my agreement when I questioned having to pay $900 for advertising. I already have professional photos & I have never been told I have to pay for Realestate.com
