DAvid: 6/10 Hi Vicki Maxine made appointment with myself and my colleague to apprasial the home in kellyville as we spend over 1 hour with maxine and magdelene from our office and was very good first appointment and we asked due to other agent coming within the hour we looked in a call to arrange second appointment and to discuss with son Craig as she wanted to make sure son involved we emailed appraisal and proposal and asked to come back the following day due to son busy we left it to maxine to arrange time - went returning to drop off proposal maxine thought she had told me that she delay sale due to newcastle strata beening very high amount 14k a year and said she called me to advise she possible
