My BDM followed up Gordon but no real luck. Please find below feedback my colleague provided to me;



Spoke to Gordon – he simply wanted a quote on fees and was looking for an agent that would charge 4% inclusive to kick out tenant and then, he would self-manage again . He currently self manages and “sees no real value in having an agent” but wants to kick his tenant out and needed free advice.


I explained that we are very happy to help – but exclusively provide advice to paying clients.
