I met with Fiona and provided her with an appraisal. She contacted me earlier this week advising the price I quoted won’t allow her to buy what she wants in Sydney so she’ll consider her options for a week or so.

I appraised at $1,600,000 - $1,700,000.




If she decides to list, I’ll definitely let you know.
