* Orignal referral 15/06/17, vendor was resposnive, agent Trevor unresponsive
05/06/19 - Spoke to Luke, no contact from client and the discussion earlier on was that the market value wasnt there for him to sell.
11/03/19 - Agents Trevor and Robyn accepted the referral
19/02/19 - Vendor emailed, "Thanks for the email yes been spoke with Luke almost a year ago... I still like to pit on the market but seems the market is not improving a lot.... if you have a local agent that I could talk to I will give him/her a ring"
19/10/18 - Spoke to vendor, said he has tenants in there until January and he will be looking at moving then to call January
22/06/18 - Agent Luke said, "Owner has never progressed to listing and testing market conditions"
28/06/17 - Vendor emailed, "Yes Luke rang me and we were on discussion how and when the best time to sell the unit. I am pending the selling now wait for the price bounce back hopefully less than 6 months. Meantime Luke will be keep in touch and update the market. TA"
