20/09/19: Spoke to Arash (vendor), can't sell it as can't buy yet, maybe next year
09/08/17: Kareen emailed, "Several weeks ago you asked me to contact seller
Seller said he wasn't ready yet and would call me
I recieved no call back but I notice the property just came up for sale with Ian Hutchinson"
17/07/17: Arash (Vendor) emailed, "unfortunately my offer been rejected by owner,so i am not in market anymore
to sale or buy any property."
10/07/17: Agent Kareen accepted the referral
04/07/17: Agent Lorraine accepted the referral
03/07/17: Agent Michelle (Steve's colleague) advised, that Steve's done appraisal
