20/10 Treston did not get infront of them
20/10 Mark: I followed up yesterday and he said he is going with another agent who told him a higher price than what I believe the property is worth, I warned him that the agent could not have found data to support a higher price and may be trying to buy the listing.
11/10 Mark booked to see him Friday
18/10 Mark - went and met Guy only his partner (Richard ) not there, going thru separation and will follow him up as not discussed fees yet.
