22/11/2022 - Scott: I did follow her up though, she has given it to another agent who believed her price was achievable. I sell more apartments in Manningham than any other agent and have the highest average selling price for an agent with 5 or more apartment sales (I have 32 in the last 12 months).She felt because I gave her a realistic price that I wasn’t the right agent….. sorry Mark, perhaps even with all my experience, proven track record and sales history I should still just lie to people about their price lol?…. Can’t win them all I suppose!
