18/10 Yes thank you I did get the calls. However Ray White Mernda wasn't my fit and Daniel Brancatella is still on the list of potential agents. I also used another marketplace and was inundated with agents. So I now have enough to choose from.

My wife and I will be making a decision when we come back from a well deserved holiday in early November.
