14/09/2018 From Vicki Fradelakis 14/9 christina murphy will look at keeping property rented for next 15-18 months until market picks up and does not mind a follow up call then. Was not happy with David Bombara did not have a great experience with him and David said to me he did not want to represent the property again (difficult strata) ***Would not refer that agent or agency again for selling ******
David said there is an interested party just waiting for them to come back from holidays end of August and then hopefully he can neg a sale
