Derin: One of my colleagues followed up with Jennifer on my behalf. She told him she had listed the property off market with another agent. Due to the difficulty with access and the price she wanted we decided not to get involved. They told one of my colleagues they had listed off market with McGrath

Rhys: No she just asked us for a desktop appraisal. We are in touch.

25/10/2022 - Derin: I've spoken to Jennifer and appraised the property by desktop. She didn't want me to go into the property and to only let her know if we have qualified buyers that would pay her price inspect. She didn't want to sign an agreement and was going to do the same with a few other agents in the area. I will let her know if we have a buyer that may suit and organise an inspection and get an agency agreement signed should the need arise.
