19/10/2022 - Peter: Appraised this yesterday.  Owner needs to consider to renovate sell or sell as is. She wants 1.6m to 1.7m which is high. Currently worth 1.2 1.3m as is or if renovated 1.5m – 1.6m tops and that is if they do a full reno 250k plus to be spent. Left it with them to decide but they are very nice people we got along well.
