Thanks Vicki, I've just spoken with her and she is off to Melbourne tomorrow morning for two weeks so they don't have anyone else that can show me through the property and I'm scheduled to see them when you're back on 4 November.
19/10 Aaron: They get back on the 3rd November, and we have booked a meeting for 10 am 4th November, this was the earliest time she was available to catch up. she sounded a little bit flustered and it sounds like they are still confirming their plans and it wasn’t 100% that they would be selling but very likely. She also said they will be away for some of December and January and wasn’t sure about the timing.
