24/05/18: Spoke to Byrne (vendor), now have custody of grandkids not in a position to sell call back in a year to see
28/11/17: not looking at selling have custody of some grandkids and will not be doing anything until mid to late next year
20/10/17: spoke to Gill did receive my email but hasnt had a chance to go thru it
