17/10/19 - Spoke to John/vendor, not selling, will save my number and give me a call
10/07/18 - Spoke to vendor and he said he will not sell for a few years to touch base with him in a years time he was ok with that vf
21/11/17 - Agent Darren advised, vendor never returns his calls
20/10/17 - Darren Parker spoke with vendor and arranged appraisal
