06/11/17 - Agent Lee emailed, "I have completed a desk top appraisal on this one as the owner did not want me to disturb the tenant. I have told them $160k to $170k and they are going to stay as a rental as they paid $230k."
03/11/17 - spoke with vendor she has met with Nola at this stage, but will be meeting with others to get an idea if to sell or keep leasing
31/10/17 - Lee Murray, Roz Hollwarth, and Nola Tully accepted the referral
