19/10/20 **Thanks Vicki, Thank you Vicki, have spoken to him and he estimates $25,000 so I'm not interested in selling at that price, but will keep my eye out if the market EVER moves Cheers Toni
For your help, I think it was Ted who rang me yesterday and spoke to me. I have decided I’m not interested in selling just yet, but will keep an eye on the market.

09/07/18: spoke to Toni she said she will sit on it cant lose $40k when she has been paying rates on this property for last 40 years
09/07/18: spoke to Denise, she said the client has 3 choices at moment: A. build on it, B . sell it for the most and this is agent being generous $29990, or keep it for the next 5-10 years. Blocks on that street are selling for $18 or 19k and they are cleared
03/11/17: Agent Denised emailed, done appraisal, vendor was hopeing for $80k which is way above market value, the next block next to hers is up for sale at $21.7k so she will thing about it
