Paul -Hi Natalie i have spoken with Tristan i realised later that there are structual issues with the building complex. Matter going to VCAT no point selling at moment until matter sorted could take 1-2 yrs? It will be impossible to get offers with this in place as Tristan tried to sell earlier as you know with no luck what so ever.
