JANE AUG 23 - I spoke to Lee's daughter Christine earlier this week. She says that Lee has lost a bit of the motivation to sell and work that they have been planning to do for the last year has not really eventuated. At this stage the plan to put the property on the market has not progressed and probably will not happen in the foreseeable future. Regards Jane


JUN 23 - I left her a message last week. It is her mums home and they were doing work although very slowly. I try and keep in touch. Jane

NOV 22 - Yes. I have done an appraisal. The property needs some tidy up before going on matket so will be a few weeks away. I spoke to Lee today and I feel we have a good shot at getting the listing when ready
