Change of situation. Recently purchased to assist her family and they would assist by paying rental but they have now relocated interstate so needs to sell. The costs are too much for her re mortgage, insurance, rates and everything and said she need to sell. Did approach the selling agent but they have not gotten back to her and has now lost confidence in using them.
