10/5/ Ali :  Can you give her a phon ecall as we don’t seem to get anywhere. The whole property was a mess. But if she wants to sell she should be selling now! Get her brother out and we can get it cleaned up inexpensively and sold to an investor.

7/11 Ali:  Ive called twice and left messages. The first time she was at work and wanted me to phone at 4pm but I was in appointments from 3pm until late, so called Saturday and left a message. Nothing in reply.
