1/03/2023 - Adrian: Public Trustee sale. Incorrect owner detail.
13/01/2023 - Tim: Tried several times but never was able to make contact.
4/01/2023 - Adrian: Christine not the owner and not able to make the decision on selling. Public Trustee is in charge of the deceased estate.
