17.01.2023 - Ben: in talks with trustee - has done estate sales for them before. Not pushing too hard - being respectful of Justin

Has been indicated they wanty to go through him, but nothing formal at this stage - waiting game

17/01/2023 - Chris: advised him this is with the trustee/executor and looks like a dead end for him unfortunately
