06/02/2018 Shane Barter advised At this stage yes, but they have informed me that they are in no rush and may put the listing price back to $565,000 (At that point I will be informing them that I’m not the right agent for them.) It will only harm them more than help. It has been 9 or 10 months since they have listed the property for sale and I have been the only person to bring them an offer in writing apparently.

15/12/2017 Shane Barter advised Yes I got your email, sorry for the delay but as you know I wasn’t in the office yesterday. Richard did come into the office and spoke with our staff possibly moments before your call to me yesterday. I was informed of this while on the phone with yourself. I know he has been speaking with varies agencies to look at his options. I have spoken with Richard but doesn’t seem like we will be listing the property at this stage yet. I’ll have to keep you in the loop on his decisions on what he wants to do.

we actually had this property listed once before.
