JANE NOV 22 - The seller is not ready to sell yet.



LEANNE -Hi letting you know I had a good chat to Sue on the phone on Friday. she was reluctant to give me any information about the property – I still don’t have an address. She seemed more interested in talking about the possibility of vendor finance.

I have provided her with some info on us and invited her to come back to me if she would like to take it further.


SEAN -Yep, spoke to her the Friday as scheduled but nothing more form her at this stage.



She hasn't provided me her address so have not provided a sales appraisal or anything at this stage.

Feel like she was just shopping for information and potentially not committed to sell anytime soon.

She was happy with the information I provided over the phone and I also sent her a solicitor contact Re the vendor finance option as well.
