2/2/23   Hi Vicki, Spoke with Brent today as he is still not ready but has mentioned if I have any buyers to give him a call and he will work something out. We have a price range now of $2.5 to $2.6 mil. I have been in touch with a few clients who may know of buyers.

22 December: Sussan:  I found Brent to be very approachable and I felt very comfortable speaking with him.

I sent the Appraisal through and he did reply with I was on the mark, same as some but higher than others.

He also said it wouldn't be ready until Feb 2023, I definitely want to be the agent he calls as I am very confident I can market and sell the property.

I have booked a night next month on the 30th Jan so I can have a look around myself, I am so excited.
