David is looking to sell or lease his investment property in Baldavis and looking for information on both options
Property was neglected by the current Tenants and the lawn allowed to fall into disrepair and the house walls and the decline was not addressed and rectified by the current property manager. So very disappointed and am looking for someone to better manage it.
There are current Tenants in place but they vacate on the 1st December in two weeks time.
The Property is 4 bedrooms, two Bathrooms and situated opposite a lovely Park in the Rivergums estate which has its own school.
Has made the enquiry as for a property management change but also after a property valuation, as may sell.
He would like to know if he changes property agents do they have good tradespeople on their books, as house needs re-painting internally, new flooring in both the study and Lounge area and maybe new lawn
He would need the property manager to be able to facilitate all of this with the tradespeople.
