2/6/23 Tarran_  Thanks for the email, yes the property is another couple of months away from the completion.

It started to look really nice and also I am in touch with Andy but he haven?t been to Melbourne as of yet and also haven?t made any decision on when he wanted to get on the market.

I would recommend you also to give him a call to double check, how he is going and would he be up for any potential off market buyers.

Let me know if you speak to him and have any updates for me23/3- Taraan now works Buxton is keeping this one and is in touch with Andy not ready yet. 

9/1/23 SPOKE TO ANDY JUST GOT BACK TO WORK TODAY TARAAN ON HIS LIST TO CALL HAS MET WITH HUGH ONSITE NOT DEC MADE YET COMPLETION IN MARCH. 

6/12 TEXT and VM to owner if he is meeting the agents. 

The house is 2 months away from getting ready, I drove past last week, the work is going in full swing.
