9/1/23 Candice: They unfortunately still cant afford to sell and buy a new home. They would end up in a cheap unit so they have decided to stay put.


21/11 Candice: Hi Vicki,

I met with Irene, they were keen to get moving and then her children talked her out of it! She is going to spend some time looking in carrum downs and then potentially move for meats with the sale at a later date. I will keep you updated.

21/11-Dominic:  Hi Vicki, Irene didn't answer on the day the referral came through. I left a message. I then called the following day but she said she had already listed with another agent unfortunately
