03/05/19: Ian (vendor) emailed, "we have decided not to sell."
02/11/18: Agent Ryan emailed, "I called them as soon as the email came through but forgot to write back to you so sorry. They are still staying put for now unfortunately."
05/07/18: Spoke to agent Ryan said to me that back in Jan they were about 12 months away from lisitng he has been in contact and will keep in touch
09/02/2018: vendor is happy with Ryan smith never got a call from Craig Ricciuto and doesnt want to . will now wait and see if they can buy into a retirement village they can afford b4 they sell vf
