MICHAEL - VENDOR - JAN 23 - Thanks for keeping in contact .I have decided to hold off selling Highett at this stage. I am hoping to add a bedroom then rent it out for a higher rate. I am presently overseas, so when I return I’ll revisit this option. Nej was helpful, but the appraisal was based on a one bed. I’ll try to keep in touch and let you know how things go. Kind regards
