09/10/18: Vendor emailed, "I have not gone ahead and put my unit up for sale yet and have signed up with any agent." 26/07/18: Margaret has not had contact from client.
16/02/18: seeing as the area has a lot of declined agents, and client has been to everyone agents are telling me that there are 600 listed properties currently sitting on market. Agreed to 10% fee with Margaret.
Karen is looking at selling early next year. Please follow up and see if we can help her then.
