William rang me back, he said they want to buy an investment place, and use the equity in this one to buy.

2/12 Thomas: I did an appraisal at 172 Woods Road Dows Creek yesterday, it did go well, I was a fair bit under their expectation, however I think they respected my point of view. There are smoke alarms and a pool safety certificate that is needed, plus the end of year pending, so they may opt for a listing Feb March next year at this stage.
