it's been slow, be we are making progress.

we communicate 2 or 3 times a week.

hopefully will finally get into to see the home in a week or 2. Rose is just finishing Uni exams.

2/12/22  Step 1 is to sell Rosebery house at a good price. I think that means not going to auction but setting a price. I’ll run it past Krissie.
