03/10/19: Spoke to Graham (vendor), they went w/ one of our agents and they couldn't sell it? Looks like he went w/ Ray White. call in 6 months
28/02/18: Spoke to vendor he wast quoted by the agents that he would not get the $350k which he needs to clear, values for his type of unit at moment are around the $240-260 so vendor will keep it rented vf
