5/7/23- Tommasina; Issues with the building, so she was going to continue renting for the time being
6/12 Tommasina: Unfortunately with the current status of the building/issues I don’t see her achieving this level. I have 2 off market in the building (2 1 bedroom courtyard apartments) & both owners I have advised not to market due to buyer feedback around the issues. Is it still worth me sending through a proposal as I’m not comfortable pricing it in the 400s.
