8/3/23 Yep sold and settles in 3 months

there is a deal in place looking to exchange soon had to drop his comms to 1.1% because clients were rude etc/ vf


Sales Progress Last Checked - 6/3 Off Market

31/1= spoke to owner he is in discussions with Gene they may have a potential buyer 


5/12 Megan:  called Bruce and he already has two agents coming a friend and another agent from somewhere so doesn't need an appraisal from me at this time. not sure why he contacted you in the first place. thanks anyway. i did tell him to call me if he isn't happy with the appraisals he gets
