Parents home - Dad recently passed away, Mums in care. Michael had listed with Eview for sale, but as it has not sold they are considering keeping as a rental. Currently Staged, but that is going next week. Property consists of a 5x2x2 home includes multiple bright entertaining areas and a back studio/parents retreat. Please call Michael to assist. I was hoping you could also talk to him about the sales market as he chose an out of area agent to sell so you may be able to achieve the sales outcome they had first hoped for.
