peter - Yep we have had all 3 make contact thank you

ANDREW - Yes I have spoken with Peter Hobbs and provided him with an appraisal. It is a deceased estate. Peter said that his nephew wishes to buy the property. If that fails then it will be sold through an agent.


SIMON - Yeah I spoke with Peter the day the lead was provided, have emailed them the information they required, but unable to get inside the property as that wasn’t necessary at this stage.

Peter lives in Adelaide. The nephew lives in the property and he would like to buy from the family. He has pre approval with the bank and just doing the final things to get unconditional approval as he would like to buy the unit. If this occurs it wont be coming onto the market for sale.

I have spoke with Peter a few times over the last week, and he will let me know what they decide to do when he hears on the outcome of Nephews finance.
